Dr James Chow

Dr James Chow belongs to the first group of locally trained specialists in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) in Hong Kong. He is one of the OMFS specialists in Hong Kong with dual degrees in dentistry and medicine. Dr Chow is the director of the Dental Implant and Maxillofacial Centre, the state-of-the-art private OMFS specialist center in Hong Kong. Dr Chow is also the honorary associate professor of the Hong Kong University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Dr Chow has expertise in dental implants and computer-aided surgery and is the pioneer in Asia in immediate dental implant loading, Zygomatic implants, guided surgery and navigational surgery. Outside the clinic, Dr Chow is a renowned speaker internationally and has published over 20 articles in dental implants and 3D technologies in OMFS.

Dr Graham Carmichael

Dr Carmichael is a Specialist Prosthodontist and a director of The Brånemark Center in Perth. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with Honours in 2003 and then from the University of Sydney with a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics. Dr Carmichael is a Fellow by examination with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, with an MRACDS in Prosthodontics, and recently awarded a Fellowship with The International College of Dentistry. He is a Consultant Prosthodontist in the Craniofacial Unit Perth Childrens’ Hospital and also the Maxillofacial Department Royal Perth Hospital, and is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Western Australia. He has been a committee and executive member of various societies on a state and federal level, and was the President of the Dental Specialists Society of WA in 2018. Dr Carmichael maintains his Prosthdontic private practice in both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant therapy, cosmetic rehabilitations and reconstruction of deteriorated dentitions, and has lectured nationally and internationally in these fields.
